100% of the expenses for Amesbury Days depends upon donations. Your advertising dollars enable us to pay the bills for the music, fireworks, and supplies necessary to make Amesbury Days a success. But this isn’t just a one-way street. Here’s why your ad on the Amesbury Days website is good business for YOU:
- It’s a great deal! Prices start at just $100 (just $90 if you pledge and pay by the first of May), and you can pay online.
- It’s tax-deductible.
- Advertising on the web gives you more exposure than the old printed booklet could ever dream of. And it’s great for improving your website’s search engine rankings.
- Your ad can be linked to your preferred social networking pages (Facebook, Twitter).
- Your ad is online through April 30 of 2013, linked to your company website or e-mail address.
- Your ad is COLORFUL! The old booklet was black and white (unless you could afford a full-page ad).
- Your ad can be seen by anyone at any time. (There were only 3000 copies of the old booklet.)
- No need to worry about laying out or designing the ad. Just fill in the order form and email us your logo or preferred image. We’ll take care of the rest.

Business Card Listing – $100 ($90 if you pledge and pay by the 1st of May)

Premium Expanded Listing – $195 ($175 if you pledge and pay by the 1st of May)
This dynamic ad includes all of the above features plus THREE searchable categories, AND it actually expands! With a click of the “Details” button, your Premium Ad expands to a larger size, providing 75 words of ad copy, along with an additional color photo of your choice. Use this extra text to describe your business, provide additional contact info, testimonials, etc.
Premium Ad Enhancements
Need more room to enhance your Premium ad? Additional lines of text (12 words per line) may be purchased for $5/line. Additional images (maximum of 3) cost $10 per image.
Payment: Once your order has been submitted, we will send you an invoice with the amount due. You may pay online or by check. Advertisements will appear once payment has been received.
Credit Card/PayPal: We will send you an e-invoice with instructions for how to pay online with your preferred credit card, debit card, or Paypal account.

LOGO: You may use your logo, a photograph, or any illustration in your directory ad. The dimensions must not exceed 200 pixels wide x 100 pixels high (5.556″ wide x 2.778″ high). If it does not exactly fit those dimensions, it will automatically be “scaled” (reduced) to fit.
ADDITIONAL IMAGES (for Premium ads): Maximum width for all images is 200 pixels wide. They may be any height up to 200 pixels high.
IMAGE FORMAT: We accept most digital formats (PNG, JPG, GIF, or PDF). Please no animated graphics, Microsoft Word, or Publisher files.
RESOLUTION: Images should be saved at 72dpi (dots per inch).
