First-Time Ever! Amesbury Days Invitational Craft Brewers Festival

Amesbury is an up and coming community with a long history of community activities, creativity, and craft brew enjoyment. In recent years there has been a resurgence in the craft brewing tradition, which for Amesbury has culminated in the opening of several outstanding pubs, a brewery, as well as discerning palates. Amesbury Days is looking to highlight this with our first Invitational Craft Brewer Festival.

What makes this any different from other area beer festival? This festival is geared toward the smaller, lesser known brewers who put quality above quantity, who have passion, a unique message, and a stake in the art of beer making. Come down and try beers from brewers with names like Blue Hills, Nowhere, and  Clown Shoes, just to mention a few.

The first 300 participants will recieve a souviener 16 oz. pub glass with the event logo on it.  Event T-Shirts will be raffled off as well as on sale.  In addition, local resturants such as, Phat Cats, Ale House and Murphy’s Riverside have donated  gift certificates to the event to raffle as prizes.
Portion of all proceeds go towards the Amesbury Days and Amesbury Days Fireworks display.e.

A portion of proceeds from this event will be donated to support the 2011 Amesbury Days Festival and Fireworks display.
